Kitchen Renovation Howick

Opening the area

The owners at this property wanted to open up their kitchen and dining room to create more light and better flow between the rooms. We were able to remove the non structural nib wall to open the area without a council consent. It’s always good to check with a professional to see if removing a wall will require consent. Removing a structural wall could destroy your home.
The cupboard space was retained by keeping the lower cabinets for storage. A breakfast bar was installed, ideal for entertaining. We uplifted the existing flooring and replaced it with a high quality laminate throughout the kitchen, dining and living. We removed the wallpaper and gave the rooms a fresh coat of paint.
The customer opted for a modern looking kitchen with textured tile splash back off set by stylish Edison bulb lighting
The appliances selected were black and matching black tapware.
