Clover Park South East Auckland Renovation

Full home renovation Clover Park Our clients wanted to update their parents home in Clover Park, Manukau. The main briefing was to make sure that the finished project would meet the needs of the older couple who lived there. The space needed to be easy to keep clean and also accessible and optimise the family health. This is a well loved family home and the renovation would help update the functionality, style and flow. The kitchen                 The existing kitchen was small, it was closed in by a partition wall between it and the dining space. Our first step was to remove the partition wall and create an open plan kitchen, living and dining room. Removing the partition optimises the usable space in the kitchen and creates clear line of site throughout. Installing high quality wet area laminate flooring ensures that the floor was easy to clean yet remained attractive in the lounge and dining. Taking out a wall can mean losing some upper cupboard space however we made up for it by using the back wall. We installed a kitchen island and now the kitchen has much more usable space than before. The kitchen is a high quality white embossed kitchen with recessed handles boasting soft closing drawers and cupboards. The bench top is made from engineered stone and has been custom made for the space.                               The bathroom The existing bathroom was in need of updating.
